Unhappy with purchase

i am very unhappy with my purchase. i went there jan 5 2024 for a eye exam. i had gone there once before ,but, got my glasses elsewhere. this time i decided to get glasses there. i suddenly got ill and was in the hospital from jan 27th 2024 till the middle of february so i never was able to pick up my purchase till today. i see no difference in this perscription then the one i already had. also glasses are to big for me . i am 75 years old with 2 spine surgeries and it is not easy for me to get around. i managed today and it was a waste of time and money. i would like to get a refund from them due to the fact they are no different from what i had and also they are to big for me. they already got insurance to pay them but i want my money back for doing nothing please get back to me as soon as posible 305 336 **** my name again is michelle weinstock

Make sure that you pay close attention...they will slide additional charges on your bill. They add $35 warranty on my glasses without my permission. I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years and I haven't had a warranty since I was teenager. Im 100% confident that the rep did not tell me they were adding a warranty. The only reason I found out was that my HSA had rejected the cost and I just saw the email since I dont go check this account frequently. The team was dismissive said it doesnt matter that they charged me against my wishes I only have 30 days. It's not a big deal to me but they lost a off future revenue from family of 4 with glasses and contacts over $35. It's a principle thing. I would void them like the plague or at least really scrutiznize your receipts for add-ons.a

Foreyes in Tinley Park illinois is very unprofessional got my description wong twice and now I have to wait another three weeks this is unacceptable, Do not waist your money or time at this place.

Been waiting 8 weeks now just to get my glasses back twice with the wrong prescription this place needs to be closed down.

5/29/23 I change from visionworks to for eye because limited amount of frame.i work with Demetrius on frist order.once my order came back the stigma was to strong everything had to be done over.rep teddy help me this time he explains to me I need wide frame because my face was big.he showed alot of care.maybe if I was told this the frist time it would been helpful.

No response to my email

I walked in to the for eyes in Briggs Chaney shopping for my sons eye doctor appointment. I literally sat in waiting area for an hour and once my son got called to The back not once did the doctor call me to the back to see what brought me in. Then after not being told what was going on the doctor proceed to hand one the workers the paperwork with my son name on it and asked the worker in my exact words hey are those Isaiah Lightbourne papers and the African American worker proceeded to respond with an attitude can I pull his stuff up me responding I only had a question and why no one has said anything to me about what we were here for. I was already informed by one of the other workers that was a lot more friendly. I proceeded to tell her the I wanted to know if his insurance wasnt covering for the contact lenses then I didnt want to proceed with anyone showing my son how to put contacts in. I then tell the rude worker all the attitude you got while talking me is not necessary because I only was trying to ask you simple questions but you got my *** up of you think you going to keep talking to me like that. While smirking she began saying I do not have an attitude and dont need to curse at me. Well if you never gave me an attitude there would be no reason for me to curse now would there. I spoke to the other individuals who worked there with no problem and not once did they disrespect me and neither did I disrespect them. I began to tell the rude worker you talking to people like that like you dont have to get off of work. And instead of the doctor letting her worker know to not do what she is doing she proceed to tell me not to be sending threats. How about you hire better workers with better customer service. I went there today to see if my son insurance would cover for his contacts because he needs it for football and as long as she is working there I dont See myself going back there. From the time I walked in the for eyes you could see She had an attitude for whatever I dont know. Everything happened so fast that I didnt get the workers name but she is the only African American woman in the front of the store and the doctor name is Lennet Hill at the 13830 outlet dr, Briggs Chaney Plaza, Silver Spring, MD 20904.

Poor service

I will never buy anything again at the Wellington FL store of Foreyes. My new glasses were supposed to be ready yesterday, 6/22/23. I called in the morning to see if they were in and to see if my husbands were also there. I was told mine were in and I should call back after 1:00 to see if my husbands had arrived. I called at 4:00 pm and was told my husbands werent there yet, but mine were ready. I really needed my glasses as Ive been without them for almost 2 weeks and have been wearing my prescription sunglasses indoors as well as outdoors. We drove 1/2 hour to the store only to be told my glasses had come in incorrectly. The prescription wasnt what I should have had. I am angry and frustrated. I dont know why the manager couldnt have checked the glasses when I called at 4:00 and saved us a 1 hour round trip. As I said, I will never buy anything again at a For Eyes. Bad service, bad management.

Do not honor warranty even when it is the company mistake

My family and I are, sorry,where, loyalty customers for many, many years Last year, like always, went to the Aventura store , get the eyeglasses prescription by Dr Ashley Weissfield, Then order the glasses ( Milly ) and pick them up about 2 weeks later After months of very uncomfortable vision, my eye doctor finds out that the new glasses were done with the old prescription BIG MISTAKE The assistant manager in the Aventura store said that it doesn't matter the mistake because I am out of warranty. I call Milly, now she works in Weston store "Not worry Jorge, it will be fixed" , Go to the store, and they will fix. Went to the store and nobody knows anything. Called customer service, Jonathan . He will send email to the regional manager ... nobody called me back , If the warranty start when you pick up the glasses and no when you ordered, my claim was between the one-year warranty , but nobody, nobody cares.I sent several text messages to Milly personal phone , with no answer A total shame ,

Cracked lens and Absolutely nobody contacted me about the problem until this email. So with that being said your company is one of worst companies with customer service that I personally dealt with. Since nobody will address the issue you have just lost me and my entire family as customers.

Horrible service

The glasses were to be done in 12 days. When arrived after over one month the photosensitivity was missing .Grossly overpriced progressive with my own frames $650 !!! And not what I ordered. I was told that I must pay extra $100 to have it corrected. Horrible communication and follow up especially that nobody speaks English Never again

600 dollars with insurance for... Blue light filter which helped a lot Hi index 1.67 lens not needed for frame size poly would be fine Lenses were actually edged improperly too temporal had a gap between lens and frame Shotty anti reflect coat attracts dust and dirt and smears cleaner easily but I bet there is a better coating they have already moved on to. 1.67 has softer surface compared to basic cr39 even so... Mid level design progressive But they put my height 2 mm higher than what I was required for using for intermediate vision. Frame was actually nice without springs for about 95 dollars total lenses are more with options. Not bad but I had to pay to have them gone over again which wasn't very nice but I get it.
